U2 from my iPhone?

Ya, but it’s all I had with me so here’s the best pics I could get in very poor lighting (for an iPhone anyway).

Albeit not from the “front row” it was more, and less, than what I expected. The music, well, if you like U2 you’ll just love it, which I did. Their show (though I expected them to play quite a while) went longer than I thought it would, and they had 2 encores, which were great with one exception. Knowing that Bono is one of the leaders in his efforts for those less fortunate in the world, I did NOT expect to see a brief (1 min +/- video from Desmond Tutu on their jumbotron) but it was a bit inspirational and was a great lead in to one of their encores.

They played all the best, Elevation, Vertigo, Sweetest Thing, you know. I heard that to just move their stage from one venue to the next takes 75 semi truck alone! I could see it, their “space ship” was HUGE and the lighting was incredible. (more…)
