One of my photos was published.
It’s always cool when someone likes your photography and acknowledges it by publishing your work. I just received an announcement that one of my photos is being published! And of all places, in a travel guide for Hawaii!
“I am delighted to let you know that your submitted photo has been selected for inclusion in the newly released ninth edition of our Schmap Honolulu Guide”.
This was in their “Top Attractions” area for Waikiki Beach. (You can see their their site here). This is the photo they published in their guide.
Of course, this was done after they had asked for my permission. I took this photo last April on Waikiki Beach while the locals were pushing their Outrigger up on the beach, while the tourists that were on that particular excursion helped. Sure wish I was back there right now!
