U2 from my iPhone?
Ya, but it’s all I had with me so here’s the best pics I could get in very poor lighting (for an iPhone anyway).
Albeit not from the “front row” it was more, and less, than what I expected. The music, well, if you like U2 you’ll just love it, which I did. Their show (though I expected them to play quite a while) went longer than I thought it would, and they had 2 encores, which were great with one exception. Knowing that Bono is one of the leaders in his efforts for those less fortunate in the world, I did NOT expect to see a brief (1 min +/- video from Desmond Tutu on their jumbotron) but it was a bit inspirational and was a great lead in to one of their encores.

They played all the best, Elevation, Vertigo, Sweetest Thing, you know. I heard that to just move their stage from one venue to the next takes 75 semi truck alone! I could see it, their “space ship” was HUGE and the lighting was incredible.
The show started off, what I thought, was somewhat slow for the first 1/2 hour but they absolutely slammed their delivery of their top hits, and the sound was incredible (but you can say that during a Phoenix Cardinals game) as it was held in Phoenix University Stadium where the Cardinals play. The last half got louder and more intense.

Bono and the Edge were all over the place for everyone to see and it went off without a hitch. Their stage had “floating bridges” that rotated around the exterior circle perimeter so they could walk out TO the crowds and be in front of everyone. Flawless. As you can see by the picture (taken with my iPhone) I wasn’t close, but my shirt was literally pounding from the base and I’ll bet half of the crowd left with a headache (from the bass if not the alcohol). BTW, you don’t have to sit close at one of their events, as you can see above, their entire show, all shot with roving cameras, is displayed on the screen so it’s as though your watching a documentary of their concert. Pretty cool stuff.
All I can say is, if you like u2, you gotta see their show. You won’t be disappointed.
